I am a teenage girl, and I feel sick every night (nausea), but I don't have a fever, I never throw up, and I am fine during the day. I only end up getting maybe 6 hours of sleep because of this. Some people think its because i'm skinny and growing, and that I need to eat more, but I have been and it isn't working. There is also a 0% chance I am pregnant.

It could just be a reflux problem. I suggest you not eat two hours prior to going to bed, don't drink anything one hour before bed, sleep up on two or three pillows so your stomach acid cannot splash up into your esophagus. Do this for two or three nights and see if things improve. If not, it's time to consult your doctor, you could have some sort of imbalance.

Are you feeling anxious about something at bedtime? Do you worry about school the next morning, or are you too hard on yourself about things you did wrong during the day? Or, do you eat close to bedtime? Try not eating anything for the last 2 hours before bed, and only drinking water. Or, drink one glass of warm milk (only) before bed, with some water to help it digest. Before bed, develop a nice, comfortable routine, like a warm bubble bath, reading happy books or magazines, artwork, or listening to relaxing music, prayer, or meditation. See if that routine relaxes you & helps.

Good luck!

P.S. If all that doesn't help, ask a doctor!
