An overwhelming majority of 72% of American troops serving in Iraq think the U.S. should exit the country within the next year, and more than one in four say the troops should leave immediately, a new Le Moyne College/Zogby International survey shows.
The poll, conducted in conjunction with Le Moyne College’s Center for Peace and Global Studies, showed that 29% of the respondents, serving in various branches of the armed forces, said the U.S. should leave Iraq “immediately,” while another 22% said they should leave in the next six months. Another 21% said troops should be out between six and 12 months, while 23% said they should stay “as long as they are needed

If by "Neo-conmen" you mean politicians who con the public (a behavior common to most politicians of any party)....
Then the answer would be the Constitution. The constitution exists to set limits on the power of politicians to do what they want, and to demand integrity in our leaders. So, of course, con artists who get jobs as politicians would hate such limits.
Pretty much nobody hates the troops -- very few people (in this generation) blame the troops as a whole for doing their jobs. Most either support the troops but oppose the politicians who gave them their orders, or they support both the troops and the politicians.

Liberals are the ones who hate all the above not Conservatives. Look who ran form going after the Taliban and osama bin laudin ( Bill Clinton). Who was it that dodge the draft when called (Bill Clinton). Who has called the troops a bunch of stupid people (The Democrat Party in General). Who throws the Constitution out the window each time they get in trouble Democrat Party? Just like now the Constitution is in their way of going after Bush for the firing of the eight U.S. Attorneys. The congress has no Constitutional authority to over see the firing of those attorneys

They hate the following three items in this order:
1. U.S. Constitution (they hate freedom of speech, religion..)
2. Troops (they don't care that they are killing them just to control oil resources)
3. Americans (they could care less about ordinary Americans.)
