I feel like crying after I talk to people that are dominating. I don't know how to become strong so that they affect me less.

Pushy people are the most difficult for me to deal with.

They think that they should second guess you and that their way is the only "right" way.

What is the best way to deal with these type of people?

Stareyes- its not about becoming strong- its about learning how to say no and mean it. When someone is trying to assert their opinions, and views you need to (in your head) say NO. Second guessing is a way of manipulation- once you realize it then your one step up on that person. Again say No in your head. Since you are an adult you can say no and mean it, say with with conviction. If one is trying to push the "right" way on you and you have a different opinion just nod and agree and then DO IT YOUR WAY. No need to argue just become firm. Remember you can change yes to no but can not change no to yes. Good luck!!!!!

Reciprocate, reciprocate, reciprocate!
Are they pushy? You must stay stiff and stubborn!
