So i can tell what kind of rock or mineral i have and so i can label them but i want to print the pages so i can take the info and pics home with me!!!

www.webmineral.com is a most comprehensive mineral database with mineral properties and pictures. When I need mineral pictures I most successfully use google image search.

Andres beat me but he/she is absolutely right. This site has every mineral that has been documented (I would think) with excellent pics and information such as crystal structure, formulas, and locations. You can also search by name, location, composition, etc.

In the yahoo search engine next to the spyglass there is a little black arrow, click on that and click images and then type>" types of rocks" in the search engine and then you should have all the types that you need.

www.rockhounds.com is one of my favorite sites for identifying rocks and minerals. It should help you out for what you are looking for.
