Already relates to time, for example 'When we got there we found that the show had already started.'
All ready relates to a group so 'When we got there we found that evryone had put on their jackets and were thus all ready to go out.'
The words are not interchangeable. Aklready is one word with it's own specific meaning. All and ready are two words which can be used with others in different contexts. EG 'All together'. 'Are you ready?'

No, they aren't interchangable. :)
"All ready" means a group of people or things that are ready to do something. "After 3 hours of make-up application, the girls were all ready to go to the party."
"Already" means something that has occurred in the past. "The girls were already at the party by the time we got there."
