Go to an auto parts store and get a flush kit. That will require you cut one of the heater hoses and install a "T" fitting. Then hook your garden hose up to the fitting and open the radiator cap and the draincock.
There are complete instructions with the kit. You will also want to purchase a bottle of radiator flush to aid in the clean out.

Good luck.

"Prestone" has a product you can find at a local automotive parts store or maybe Walmart. Called: "Radiator Flush". It's in a bottle similiar to Antifreeze. Drain your fluid from by taking the plug out of the bottom of the Radiator, have a pretty big jug cause there is a lot of fluid in your radiator. Plug it and fill with the radiator Flush, do what the directions say on the bottle. Drain that and then fill your radiator with 50/50 antifreeze/water.

That's it in a nut shell.

There is a little valve at the bottom of the radiator. With the engine cool open the radiator cap the open the little valve.
All the water in the radiator will drain out. Please use something to catch the water as radiator water has glycol in it and its hazardous to pets. They like to drink it. Then put some fresh water back into the radiator, and do it again because the block of your engine is full of water also. Then mix 50/50 antifreeze and fill it back up. Start the engine and let it circulate then top off the radiator reservoir.
