NO!
The use of any oils or Vaseline in the vagina can be cause for infection. Your body cleans itself out with water-based fluid.
It is not prepared to remove the oils, holding whatever impurity inside.
Tampons are made in various sizes. Slim may be what you need. If your tampon won't go in, apply it while standing up. Put one foot up on the toilet or tub, separate the outer lips, and insert as far as your fingers will go. Do remember to wash hands thouroughly.

No! It will irritate your vaginal area. Any oil or lube will cause the tampon to not absorb very well. If it won't go in you probably don't need to use a tampon at the time.

No!, If your tampon wont go in them maybe you need to find a diffrent tampon or not use them at all, your private areas are more sensative then you think, that baby oil is going to cause all kinds of problems, anywhere from urinary track infection to burning and yeast infection.

Don't use baby oil, it's not designed for internal use. Use KY jelly or other lube, but KY jelly is more commonly available. Infact, on the packaging it suggests using KY for inserting tampons.

if you think the ky jelly would affect the tampon absorbance too much then just take a condom and rub over the tampon!!! just to give a light coat adn yet its still slippery enough to slide in!!!!

I wouldn't use baby oil. Try using KY jelly, thats meant for internal use.Thats what a doctor would recommend. Avoid perfumed products. Vaseline is also a good option

No, I'd use personal lube like KY jelly before baby oil.
