I would fuse both ideas and make it a 1950's Hollywood themed type cafe. You can have the 1950's look, but with pics of 1950's actors and actresses like Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, Elvis etc. That sort of thing is very popular right now!

I would do both ideas together. It combines the Hollywood side to the 1950's. I shows that two eras of all time can be placed in the same restaurant and become a success. I like this kind of idea. You can serve burgers and elite dinners. Some of the dinners can be named after actresses and actors and 1950's music.

I love the burger 1950's idea. I'm a sucker for those kinds of restaurants. I would have burgers fries shakes and the waiters and waitress' on roller skates.

Hmmmm... Johnny Rockets vs. Planet Hollywood... I'd go to either as long as the food and the service was good.

I like Mari's idea of combining the two ideas into one. Old school Hollywood is very chic nowadays.
