We didn't go into Iraq for Bin Ladin so your premise is faulty.

I know that it may sound strange to you but...Bush and his kind are war mongers and greedy people love the power of control and money... Not once on the news have there been a report any where in the united states about one of our elected officials sons or daughters loosing there lives in this war... every one including President bush are aware that this war is wrong....I do agree that The united States should not have sit back and did nothing. The first casualties of war were at the world trade building and yes if we would have done as the Israeli did I believe that more bombing would have happen here in our country... the war has started and it will not end for some time... it is sad but this was the reason the world trade building was bombed...to start world war III.... we the people of the united states can stop this particular war.. by converging on the grounds of Washington DC by at least a million citizens and don't leave until the people/elected officials that at one time use to follow the dictate of the people... do as we say and bring the troops home.... now to other war mongers like Russian and China, Japan this will be a sign of weakness on our part not a strength... then the truth of the matter will be that the war more than likely will come home to our soil and the truth is are you prepared to be in your basement hiding? here is a truth for you China, Russia, Japan and the United States leader such as our President Bush are "drunk" on power. Power that we have given them? They are gorged with so much power that they are sick with power.. this kind of sickness cause blindness to what is the right thing to do... there are no truths in war... just mass destruction.. I have given up on man being able to govern himself w/o GOD. not just any old made up GOD... the Real one the creator of the bible state that there would be wars and rumor of wars until the final war where GOD will end all wars and war will be no more "Psalms 46:9....you will really love the hear of this ..Isaiah 2:4 wars are not suppose to be and There will be a setting of the matter called war...the truth is not being heard and will not be listen to...because the power of peace belong to Jehovah God not man.... and the world hates the truth and any one that stands for the truth.. the truth will get you killed and most of us are not going to lay down their lives for the truth like Jehovah's son Jesus Christ....dieing is a very scary thing it's not something that the living has done before.. but even in death there is hope....
Acts 42:15..........................1 Corinthians 15-42 we know what is true yet because of our inherited human nature like our forefathers we do what is false and not right.. why? it is inherited from Adam
the first man and in knowing this truth... this will lead to connecting all the other rights and wrongs...the true/truth and the false/lie

You're question is YEARS OLD!

And the answers are abudant, but all lies.

We're damned if we leave, Dead if we stay,
And we need the oil, which is what this is about 100 times over
-Afghan Pipeline canceled 20 days before 9/11
-Iraq and Nigeria to sell oil to the Euro instead of the Dollar
-And Bush's vast oil tycoon friends, not to mention himself.
-Also the Saudi's wish to have a hand in Iraq's oil which threatened their 24% monopoly of the market

We won't even start the 16 month evacuation till the DAY, and probably the EXACT day Hillary Clinton takes office in January 2009.

I don't want her but she's gonna win. GO DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL F"N DYNASTIES,

Wait isn't that monarchy?

Because he (and his supporters) don't agree with the interpetation of the facts.

Some people are delusional, granted. But this isn't a case where Bush is denying the problem. He just thinks he can solve the problem by "staying the course".

The fact that many other people come to a different conclusion doesn't change his analysis. It's not delusion, it's just confidence in his approach.

Which, if it weren't costing thousands of lives each day, would be admirable.

Most people actually have trouble percieving reality, distorting it through the lens of thier own preconcieved notions. For instance, no one in the administration has claimed they're hunting for Osama bin Laden in Iraq (they believed he was most likely in Afghanistan, and has probably fled to Pakistan), but you seem to believe that they have given just that justification.

Same facts different conclusion. When you are failing at something you give up; when the president is failing he makes changes in an attempt to overcome the failings. That's why he is a leader and you are not.

It would be a huge scandal if he were to turn around and say "I made a mistake". It would cause an outrage since so many have died. It would result in the nation losing confidence in their leader and this could have dire consequences.
