Well its definitely not the fuse. Has Loose ground wire. Check the fuse boxes if anything is loose. Also check the connection between the door and frame. (where speakwires run through) see if any wires loose or wires with metal exposing.

check the fuses, they may be going bad. It may also be that your wires and connections could be bad. Check the fuses first though.
