Anyone know the owners manuel recommended power steering fluid for a 2002 Land Rover Discovery?

Valvoline Power Steering fluid from any NAPA store will work fine. It contains a supplement to quiet power steering pumps and conditions the steering rack and or steering box.

Here is what Mitchell on Demand shows:

Texaco Cold Climate PAS fluid (14315)

Not sure if our NAPA 9832 PS fluid will work. Would have to call manufacture on it.
