Not to mention, after i read up on it, I think my breasts are small because of the fact that I had consumed so much caffeine throughout the years. If I were to stop taking in so much caffeine would my breasts grow some. Also, when I massage my breasts I notice that there is a lot of loose skin in the area. It doesn't look very attractive. What can be the cause of that. I'm also going on 22 and am on birth control, the ring and weigh 110lbs.

It is normal for some women to have small breasts. As for the loose skin that could be skin tags. As for fibrocystic breasts it is normal for a woman to have fairly lumpy breasts although it is true that sometimes caffeine if one takes too much of it in can cause the breasts to hurt more.
I would recommend discussing this issue with your doctor as well to see what they say, especially because your breasts are itching.
