go to any factory and you will see blatant waste , there dumpsters are full of what could be recycled but they don't because it affects the all mighty profit margin . if there was incentive ( profit ) for company's to be less wasteful it would not only create new jobs but we as a whole would be dion what we should . haste makes waste .

I would increase use of hybrids, make factories more efficent, and make a limit on resource use.
