I don't see why it would be any different than the usual heterosexual wedding, except ontop of the take you would have two little gents or ladies as opposed to one of each.
Really, a wedding is entirely for you to design. Have fun, and go as traditional or untraditional as you want.
Heck, even go star wars themed. Is it traditional if everyone goes in the traditional dress of a jedi knight?

It's not the ceremony and reception that are hard to get... They just cost money. Hopefully in the future you'll have access to your loved one when he's in the hospital. That'd be real social progress.

You know something, I've gone to hundreds of weddings in my lifetime and each time I give a gift of great monetary value. Were I in your position I'd invite all these people and more and I'd register at some store, its payback time!

I'm guessing Massachusetts? I'd imagine it'd be similar to a hetero wedding. I mean, it's all about love, right?

Hey, if you have that many friends and your partner has a lot too, then I'm sure you'll have a big reception!

There are lots of wedding businesses that are catering to gay and lesbian couples. It's a capitalist society, and everyone wants to earn a living!

I am an atheist, and I chose not to have a wedding. They are based on CHristian heterosexual beliefs....so it may be wishful thinking, but I wish you the best!

I'm sure you could. But that would not only be up to the couple, but to the state. At least, I guess that's how it would work.

I hope you get your dream one of these days. It would be wonderful if all of the couples could eventually have their dreams.
Good luck and Blessings, Darling.
