How should I celebrate today?

I got 30 days until me & my twin sister turn 24, but we live in 2 different states. Hmm...I can celebrate with my friend, but I don't know what to do. & my car is broke down & I'm flat broke.

Let your friends set something up to help you celebrate. I bet they will. And remember to come on Y!A and ask for 24 stars to celebrate your birthday and I bet you will get those too.
