An Isolated Thunderstorm which developes in local areas. Isolated T-Storms can develope very fast. They are most common when the atmosphere is hot and very humid.

They are not a part of a main weather system such as a low pressure and high pressure system colliding.

A previous answer stated that it would not be a good time to go to Six Flags New England when they are calling for Isolated T-Storms is correct. Most Theme parks close down their rides when there are T-Storms in the area.

Good Luck

isolated thunderstorms?? a thunder storm that are in random places... they would shut down superman, batman, scream and all the other high up rides because you could get electrocuted. You won't get free tickets because it was your own decision to go there on that day.

Isolated means that there are small storms likely to appear, but only 10% chance of that area to get effected/.

It won't be closed, but you won't get free tickets either. I'd say go.

That is not a good day because they are a good chance the whole park will close if there is thunderstorms. If it starts lightening and thundering then all the rides and everything will close.
