The flowers commonly called black roses are actually a very dark red color, such as the "Black Magic", "Barkarole", "Black Beauty" and "Baccara" varieties of roses.

No, there is not a real black rose. The black cut roses that you see are dyed, not bred. However, rose breeders have been working very hard to create a black rose as well as a true blue rose, but so far those colors have eluded them. There are many roses called black, but are a very deep red or purple.
This photo of a black magic rose is going to be the blackest you will be able to find. Don't forget to read the article.

Keep your fingers cross that someday they will create a black rose, but until then this is what you get.
Further testimony that there are no black roses:

There are NO plants that will grow black foliage. If they did . . . that would mean plants reflect EVERY color of the spectrum . . . and everyone knows that plants require light to grow. It could be dark red, dark blue or purple, but not truly black.

it took botanists a long time to isolate the black rose genome, but they are real, but very hard to find and expensive if you do.

I have seen them, but they are rare. Try this link which gave me some very interesting info on the subject: Unless you grow them, you may want to do a web search to find out where to order them from.
