I go to College in the USA but I am a Canadian citizen...?

Question

After I graduate, will I be eligible to work in the states because I went to school there? If not automatically, will I at least be eligible for a work visa, or dual citizenship?

My girlfriend is from Canada.
She graduated from Flagler in St Augustine, Fl.
She holds a real estate license.
She has a green card and will soon receive her American citizenship.
She is also a resident of the state we live in and she is a homeowner.
Long story short, yes it is possible.
