It's a terrible feeling. Just to many hard knocks here. Can't seem to re-bound. Gonna talk to my Dr. about it next week. You hang in there and don't let it start to eat you up.

All the time. Just numb. A blank slate. No feeling. Like I'm lost inside my head. I was always caged. And now I've just given up on trying to get out. So I died. From the inside out.

Who doesn't feel that from time to time? Well, I suppose not everyone I think some people I know are so dang happy they never have a bad thought in their heads!! I sorta feel like that now though...hopefully I'll bounce back! Soon! Do you feel like that? I hope you bounce back too!! =]

I did...once...then I realized that my life and my happiness are in my own hands. My happiness is not based on how someone else feels about me, but how I feel about myself and the life I have chosen. I empowered myself to be the master of my fate. It wasn't overnight or instantaneous, but I did it. Now, I make myself happy and have found that my life is so much better.

going through the motions with no emotion???? Doing what needs to be done because the outside isnt as dead as the inside??? yes I have been there.

yeah I do at times when I feel like everyone I ever cares about are all so far away from me. I feels so alone and that makes me feels so empty and lifeless.
