i think it would be ok like for instance, if you,d just sliced ya middle finger and blood was spurting oot the top, soiling your undercrackers would probably become a number 1 priority.

I'd say, only if it's an emergency situation. Like say you have diarrhea and you can't find a bathroom or if you're at gunpoint and can't get away. I once had a friend that laughed so hard she peed herself. lol.
