As has been stated. Nothing will happen.
Criminal charges wont be brought because politically they don't want to sue her and open up the race issue of going after a poor mentally challenged black woman.
Civil charges won't be brought because well, she can't repay any of the damages she's caused, besides, again, it will look like the white guys picking on a poor defenseless black woman.
Even though race had nothing to do in this case, because the community has racial tension the media, and certain activists yell and scream so loud about race, that people cant hear logic.
As to what SHOULD happen, she should be charged criminally for filing a false police report at the minimum. Even if the sentence is a stay at a mental hospital or something like that, she needs help, and the public must learn not to lie about such vile charges.

She's probably judgment proof, as in too broke to bother suing.
She probably won't be prosecuted, as the whole incident is already embarassing to the DA's office.
Probably the most she could hope for from the future is an appearance on Jerry Springer.

The Attorney General said he wasn't going to be pressing any charges against her.......unfortunately. I really think it is unfortunate, people who lie like this really need to face justice.
