Wow, what a bunch of snitches and tattle tales on here!!
I say mind your business. This world would be such a better place if people would learn when to "stay out of it". If you have a life of your own, you wouldn't be concerned about what other people were doing in theirs. Just nosy!

That's generally called sexual discrimination. Most companies also have policies against having personal relationships with staff under you. I would feel morally required to report this to human resources. I don't think you would need valid evidence--leave that to the HR folks. I'd just say, hey, I think Manager X is having an affair with Employee Y. I believe she has received pay increases and other benefits as a direct result of this personal relationship.

Have all those involved with knowledge of the involvement go together to the top. That will show there is a problem and not just a personal one-man vendetta. And how about maybe throwing some hints of the hanky-panky to the wife of the manager? That'll stir things up.

Some companies have a human resources department where you can report such things. Documentation is key for everything nowadays as otherwise it will become a 'you vs. them' type of deal. Make sure that you have witnesses, and write down the names of those as well. Something else you could do is go straight to those who are having the inoffice affair. Say, listen, we know what's going on, and it's your own business, but please do you thing in private - otherwise we're going to report you. No one deserves to work in an uncomfortable environment like that.

I don't know how you would get proof, but it does need to be reported because what they are doing is very wrong, not just on a professional level but also on an emotional and physical level.

YOu can report anything to HR: odds are it's a violation of their sexual harassment policy. YOU have to live with the boss and the results of a report.

OOO bad news here. At least the one I fooled around with wasn't a supervisor, we were in different departments. I would go to HR about it. If they are doing their thing in the restrooms, all you need as proof is someone "walking" in on them. Perhaps someone can ask HR to "walk" in on them so they can see for themselves.

Evidence is good. Way inappropriate behavior for any coworkers, let alone a superior. This is favortism at it's best, and I'm sure the higher ups won't like it. It'll cost them their jobs, and him, his marriage.

Alert HR to it. Even if the "higher-ups" don't care, Human Resources will.
You can alert HR anonymoulsy, with a note or someting.
