No, you do not want to hear our opinions, you just want to troll and spout off and feel that you in some way enriched the world with your thought provoking and original question. I have never seen this question before, so I will have to take some time to think of a cleaver and witty answer.

Yes because he only cares about HIS FAMILY and Friends and Life means nothing to him. He is more like the President of Mexico than the United States and he don't care about the people called Americans He only cares about how much Money he can make for Himself and all his Friends. I Voted for him twice and that was the biggest mistake I ever made and the only reason I voted for him was I had no other choice. So I really didn't vote for him I voted against the people that was running against him. Like Scary Kerry or Big Al Gore

YES! Here is what we've come to: A President blinded by power and privilege, oblivious to the devastation toward which he is pushing America and the world. An International corporate culture run amok, freed from restraints in every area from pollution control to health and safety standards to merciless price-gouging, even as the abuses slip quietly from the attention of corporate owned media. An economy trumpeted as "blooming" even while hundreds of thousands lose their jobs, slip into poverty, are left without homes or health care or enough to eat. A "Patriot Act" that makes all of us traitors if we speak out in any way the Washington thought militia deems threatening. Warrantless Wiretapping, Systemic Torture. Abuse of Detainees, Cherry-Picking Intelligence, Muzzling Truth tellers, Shredding our Constitution.
Bill Clinton received a sexual favor and lied about it, for which he was impeached.
George W. Bush has screwed an entire nation and lied about everything. Where are the impeachment papers?

If your mind is made up about it, why bother? But perhaps you are not old enough to remember how things were under Jimmy Carter's administration. OK, I won't hold that against you but a brief history lesson is in order. Unemployment, inflation and the prime interest rate at all time highs, the second gas crisis which involved, for the first time in almost a century, American citizens actually freezing to death in the winter because no natural gas was being delivered. And that isn't even the worst of it.
Yes, King George will be remembered badly, but he could not do worse than Jimmah.

A very thoughtful question so early this morning. Where to begin, torturing innocents, illegal wiretapping of US citizens, suspending Habaes Corpus, Patriot Act, Environmental policy (killing it), No child left behind (cutting education), Clean water act (actually the opposite), Lack of diplomatic understanding, War in Irag while Al Quida flourishes in Pakistan and Afghanistan. This is off the top of my head, given some time I could list many many more.
bush jr is by far the worst, and exactly what statistics can you put on human life?

The worst president the country has ever had was John F Kennedy.
He was elected by an extremely slim margin. Most that voted for him were WWII veterans, some participating in their first election. All they wanted from their leadership was to make sure their children did not have to face the same experience they did in the war.
Just days after entering office he got involved in a war (Bay of Pigs) with half a heart and got lots of brave people killed and imprisoned.
Faced with an opportunity to end the Viet Nam war he and McNamara chose instead to insure that it would be the longest war in US history where 3 million sons of WWII veterans served and 60 thousand were killed. Then he created the Peace Corps so rich libo-elite-dem kids could beat the draft.
After telling the American People that it was time the government returned to the FDR days and begin taking care of them, he included this phrase in his inauguration speech: "Ask not what your country can do for you....etc."
He went to visit with Nakita in Russia. A few moments after they were done, Kruscchev called his generals and said: "This guy's a weiner, put some missles in Cuba" It damned near incinerated the planet.
His dalliances in the white house, with a laundry list of girls including marylin monroe, make Clinton look like an alternative life-styler.
One of his closest confidants was Sam Giancana a mafioso who had an interest in getting back his casinos in Cuba.
"I am a Berliner" ??? That was his response to the Berlin Wall? Carter took a page out of that book when the Russians assimilated Afghanistan. He said: "Oh yeah, well we're not coming to your Olympics, so there". Brilliant.
Kennedy sat on his hands regarding corporate participation in developing national defense and instead left it up to all those genius' he had on his cabinet. The Russians laughed and literally went into space. Opps. And now he has the credit for creating our space program. The credit should go to the former Soviet Union.
Then he got shot.
So now we honor him as a great statesman and named high schools and an airport after him.
Had he not got shot, he would have been impeached.
Keep in mind, all the aforementioned items happened in just 1000 days.
Can you imagine if he lived?
We might not be here.

How many times will this question be asked? Will the answer change with repetition? Carter facilitated the Radical Islam. Clinton was just likely that his time in office coincided with .Com's entrance, Reagan's large military, & little demand for military. Clintin initatives didn't create the boom of the 90's. Clinton the "Great Statesman" - Arafat played him like a cheep fiddle. Little to no initative. Too busy playing with his cigar
Now let's look at Bush's initatives. End of Clinton era economy going into resetion - Bush's tax cut - economy restarts! 9/11 - Bush goes into Afganistan & Iraq - No carried out attacks on American soil to date.
I forgot by your mind set Bush can't do anything right while Clinton can't do anything wrong. For me Bush has done both good & bad. You guys say the bad all the time, I'll in this answer just be silent.

The answer is NO... and I can tell you who WAS...
Warren G. Harding...
and here's just the beginning of the article from Wikipedia regarding him:
Due to multiple scandals involving others in his administration, Harding is ranked by most scholars as the worst President ever to serve. Indeed, Harding himself is often quoted as saying, "I am not fit for this office and never should have been here."
Ever heard of the "Teapot Dome" scandal? His administration also included bribes, kickbacks, frauds, SUICIDES, prison sentences, much less his long-term extra-marital affairs, and extortion. Have FUN reading his history!!!! You thought Clinton had a bad term in office!

As a Republican, I can honestly say I have never seen a President, or read of a President in distant history, who has more badly bungled American foreign policy than Bush.
