She hasnt been elected nor has she held office therefore she is more than legally able to be president.....however for the sake of this country I hope thats not the case. The Clintons are war mongers just like Bush. There are few differences between the two...the all serve the same master (money)

The way our constitution has been ignored and twisted to fit presidential desires and no real senate or congressional efforts to stop the abuse it would seem Clinton (or any other self serving president) could also twist the constitution to make it work for them. Americans are too passive and complacent and allow political leaders to get away with too much. The more they get away with the more they do. Who ever becomes the next president will be able to say the precedence was set when Bush did what he wanted so they can do what they want (remember how Clinton said other presidents had affairs in the White House so his should not be looked upon as being bad?). We no longer have a "Checks and Balance” system we have a policy of acceptance allowing select people to bully their way through our government. Senators and congressmen compromise their (and our) interests in order to get their own agendas approved as riders on other bills. We need stronger political representatives, honest ones who are ready to take a stand and fight for all Americans and we need to limit what kind of riders may be attached to a bill.

That amendment refers to the office of the president. Hillary Clinton never occupied the office of the President.

25th Amendment About To Fall On Bush?
http://cloakanddagger.ca/media/SS/Middle%20Finger%20News/25th%20Amendment%20About%20To%20Fall%20On%20Bush.htm
Cloak and Dagger has been mentioning for some time that the resident of the White House is going bonkers, because the truth of Bush’s treachery is coming out. Now it has become an ‘open secret’. Becoming evident is Bush’s deception and treason of Bush’s prior knowledge of 9-11. And the truth of his disastrous Iraqi War Policy causing great bloodshed for no American purpose.
The 25th Amendment method of removing a President who is dangerously going nuts (like Nixon talking to pictures on White House walls) and cannot carry out his duties of office is becoming a growing public concern.
Unlike Nixon, who resigned, Bush is going down the road like Soviet Dictator Josef Stalin who blamed his “Jewish doctors” as part of a plot to kill him. The doctors were later declared innocent of all charges.
But Bush’s false accusations against “HIS JEWISH DOCTORS” AND HIS JEWISH ADVISORS AND BONDHOUSE BANKERS may soon break out into the open, adding to the anti-Jewish epidemic that is sweeping the country, Nazi-era-like, at a time of vast actual unemployment.

No, of course not. The amendment was never intended to apply to the spouse of a president.

Cheney can go eight as president and has already served eight in the white house but he has served as V.P. God forbid this scenario but it could happen. This scenario is very bad.
