Unless it is for something really special, like a wedding or reunion, I pack only what I can carry on, I hate waiting for my luggage!
The lighter the better!

I tend to pack way too much stuff, most of the time. And someone once told me that rolling your shirts instead of folding them not only cuts down on wrinkles, but also saves space. Well, they should've never told me that because now I pack even more. I don't know why I do that because as I'm packing, I always say to myself "you are never going to wear all these clothes in just one week". Will I ever learn?

I usually pack pretty light, but I do always bring an extra change of clothes just in case of emergency.

I'm bad. Well, I go though my stuff and see what I want to take, but I always end up taking extra stuff in case I need it. When you're far from home, it's comforting to know that you have something in case you really do need it. Yes, I could buy it, in theory, but it depends on where you're going and whether the item (clothing or otherwise) will be available. So usually, I overpack.

I pack everything. It is a must when you have children. Be prepared for anything. When I didn't have a child I still packed everything, you just never know!

I like to pack light - but I rarely manage it and I'm always baffled by how much stuff gets into my bag.
