You so shouldn't be having ANY form of sexual contact with your boyfriend if you don't know the answer to this question!
Its a HUGE sign of immaturity and misinformation and you seriously need to speak to someone you know and trust to get more information.
The answer is, unless sperm gets into your vagina, pregnancy will not be able to occur. So ejaculation in the mouth or the hand will NOT cause pregnancy.
Please, don't do ANYTHING else with your boyfriend until you know the FULL facts of life.

Ignorance breeds babies! If sex education isn't offered at your school, write down your questions and go to the local health clinic and ask them. The only one enjoying the bj is your boyfriend, so there's nothing in it for you. Save sex until you are old enough/educated enough to have safe sex.
