Two quarts is 64 fluid ounces. Look at the label of your chosen brand(s) of water and drink until you've reached 64 ounces...or drink tap water and know the size of the glass you are using (many bottled waters are from community water supplies anyway, no different than your community's tap water).

8 oz = 1 cup. 2 cups = 1 pint. 4 pints = 1 quart. Therefore, 2 quarts = 8 pints or 16 cups or 16 x 8 ounces. Looks like you have too many water bottles.

A quart is two pints. Look at the bottle to see how much it holds and work it out. Alternatively pour the contents into a measuring jg that is graded in pints and quarts and work it out. When the Doc says 'drink two quarts of water a day' he doesn't mean just water. It also includes water used in drinks like tea, coffee, fruit cordial as well as pure water.

Which regular sized poland springs bottle? Each bottle has it's size on the label. 16 oz = 1 Pt. 2 Pt = 1 Qt . 4 Qt=1 Gallon.

So generally about 3 or 4 bottles (usually 16.9 or 20 oz each) is pretty good, unless you use the little bottles.

The normal sized Poland Spring® water bottle contains 16.9 fluid ounces. 64 fluid ounces are in two quarts. If you drink four Poland Spring® 16.9 fluid ounce water bottles, it will equal 67.6 fluid ounces.

hi!...there are many sized bottles...so be sure which sized bottele are you taking...and to be sure of the quantity, try buying a bottle that has markings on it denoting the quantity of water.

thats 64 oz-
which if those water bottles are the same as the sparkletts which hold about 16.5 oz each, (the ones about 8 inches tall) he'd want you to drink about 4 a day (the same as the standard 8 cups a day-- each cup is 8oz)
