It spins at the same rate it orbits the earth so we only see one side.

The moon revolves on its axis (just like the Earth) while it also rotates around the earth. The revolutanary and rotational periods are the same (~28 days) so the same side of the moon is always visible from the earth. Have someone carry a beach ball or other abject around your head at a distance. Clearly, if the object does not revolve about its axis, you can see all sides of the object.

The both revolve around a point that is about 1/3 of the way between the surface of Earth and the center of Earth, if memory serves.

Revolve means to go in orbit around another celestial body. Rotate means to spin on an axis.

Both revolve. The moon revolves on its axis and the earth on its own. The revolution is such that the same face of the moon is always facing the earth. Also, the moon revolves around the earth (in orbit around the earth) and the earth revolves around the sun.

The moon revolves around Earth, and Earth revolves around the sun. The moon and Earth also rotate around an axis, although the moon's rotation is tidally locked to Earth, meaning that we always see the same face of the moon (well, actually around 59% of the surface due to libration).

Sorta kinda.
The moon is gravitationally locked to the earth, meaning the face we see is 'heavier' than the other side. So the moon does rotate once a month as it weaves its way around the sun. I say that because the earth and moon act as a system, pulling each other around a common theoretical orbit around the sun. We are literally dancing with the moon as the year goes by.
