Hi Peggy,
I don't know where you'll find anything on the web that you do not have to 'download', however, if you go to this site, you can simply enter the emotion you are looking for (sad, happy, excited, etc.) and get loads of this to use for free.

Try google images, type in the emotion and search.

Whatever you search, you will have to download. You may type your keyword and search in google images.
