I just finished watching that democratic propaganda film, "An Inconvinent Truth" and Al Gore should have to pay me back for the time I spent watching it. I know all my loyal conservative fans out there are thinking, Why C.L.? why did you watch it? I watched it because somebody lied to me and told me Gore admited he hated America in it, so I watched the whole thing waiting for it to happen. But since I watched it, I want all the hippie tree hugging liberals to tell me why do you care? Lets pretend all those scientist are right and It's going to happen, I won't be around so why should I care? I can prove to you it's not true

On one side you have a bunch of respected scientist saying it's going to happen. These are the same scientists that used to think the world was flat! On the other side we have big Oil and George Bush telling us it's not going to happen. Bush has never lied to us, and big business cares more about us then profit. I believe Bush his record speaks for itself.

I can't honestly tell if your being sarcastic. I highly suspect that you are but a huge amount of Americans honestly think that big oil companies deeply care for them far more then little things like profits. The same batch usually thinks that Bush chopped down a cherry tree and told his dad "I cannot tell a lie" right after the fact. So there is this chance your absolutely sincere. In any case I still got a laugh so I'll star this one.
Besides in a way your right. We can't trust either batch of scientist because these days they lie for whoever pays them best. I read one yesterday that said smoking is the best preventive cure for Parkinson's disease so everyone should smoke. I am sure he has no relation at all to a tobacco company.

Why does he speak for the scientists? I am sure there is a scientist somewhere who would like to own planes, mansions, a carbon credit business, and be wealthy. What makes Gore such an expert on the opinions of scientists who are experts. Global warming being caused by humans is opinion. If it is a fact, let the scientists come forward, not politicians who can not win a national election in their own state. Research is done at universities by professors, some who are scientists, so they can get tenure. My history professor who has a doctorate and tenure (which is why he is called a professor, not associate prof, assistant prof or instructor) was at a football game and was asked to help a fan having a heart attack. "I thought you were a doctor" " I am," he said. " But I can only help him if he is having a problem with history." Ward Churchill was fired for falsifying research and he was a full professor. His Indian name is "Dances with Facts". Dennis Miller said this last night. Al Gore owes me nothing, but I hope his son gets well from his addiction disease.

I assume that you're not married, don't plan to marry, and never expect to have children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren, so - you're right: you won't be around, so why should YOU care whether global warming destroys the world or not??

You can 'prove' it's not true?? I'd like to see that proof!

Bush has never lied to us?? What about 'weapons of mass destruction'; secret CIA prisons; staged 'terrorists attacks'; politically-motivated firings of attorneys general; torture and sexual abuse of 'detainees'; violation of the rules of the Geneva Convention and the UN Charter; complete disregard for our U.S. Constitution??

Big business cares more about us than profit? What about the dangerous chemicals they put in our food; the record profits they've made off the backs of oil-addicted motorists; corporate welfare sucked from American taxpayers; over-priced products; cars that were proven 'death traps' such as the Chevrolet Corvair and the Ford Pinto; countless product recalls; unsafe airplanes; war profiteering in Iraq?

I believe the Bush record speaks for itself. And I believe you've been brainwashed by Rush Limbaugh, Shawn Hannity and Ann Coulter to a point that you can't see the forest for the trees! -RKO- 07/26/07

YES! I rented his stupid movie. It was all going great until it became clear he was using it to spew his crybaby drivle over a lost election and all his political agendas.
