Right, wrong or indifferent you would not have a chance for presidency if you are a Bush supporter. He has done too many things to lose support. Lying, ignoring what the American public wants, The Patriotic Act to name a few. If you are a Bush supporter and run for President it's over for you. I don't think a Republican has a chance just because he belongs to the same party, which is a shame because some have some very good ideas. I hope people will just listen to each candidate and forget what party , sex, or race they belong too. Maybe we should get rid of Parties and have people run on merit, At the primary we have a choice of all candidates and the top four people run in the election, same for Congress. Eventually we would do away with party affiliation and vote for the person not the party.

Bush aside (although with his nearly record low approval ratings, this factor is hard to ignore), the unpopularity of the Iraq war will sink anybody who supports it. It's already overwhelmingly unpopular not just with democrats, but with unaffiliated "middle of the road" voters, and it's becoming increasingly unpopular with republicans. By the time the first primary vote is cast, it may even be opposed by a majority of republican voters.

Since most Americans disagree with the war and Bush's approval rating is at it's lowest, I would say no.

At this time I would say no. However, there is a lot of time from now until November. I learned long ago never to bet on elections or horse races.

i think so.it is still very important to continue the battle against terrorism.now, whether iraq is the right place i don't know.
however,i don't think we can pull out wholesale.doing so will really mess things up.
like it or not we started it and are going to have to finish it one way or the other.
