Let's see. A billion is 10^9, and a million is 10^6. So 7x10^9 times 7x10^6 is 49x10^15. That would be 49 quadrillion.

to put it simply 7 * 7 = 49 now tack on 15 zeros 6 zeros for million and 9 zeros for billion.
