you mean like not being able to sleep, peeing all the time, so tired that you fall asleep at the most inopportune times, vaginal changes or do you mean like feeling that first flutter of movement, hearing the heartbeat, that incredible moment when you first meet your new son or daughter? Or the overall satisfaction that you are assisting God in one of his most miraculous and wonderous miracles???

Pregnancy induced carpal tunnel syndrome - the wrists swell and make your hands go numb or tingly or just plain hurt. Worst is in the morning. Cold packs help some but not much.
When you get to the last few weeks of being pregnant it can be very painful whenever the baby moves because they don't have much room.
The baby can make you spontaneously puke if they headbutt your stomach at the right moment. Very embarrassing.
You need a minimum of 12 glasses of water a day - dehydration during pregnancy really sucks and causes dry, itchy skin, dandruff, constipation, general feelings of being ill and such...it can also bring on false and early labor.

Some experiences are: Hemorroids (sp?) after giving birth. OMG, that was not fun. I also experienced alot of headaches because of the hormonal changes, even afterwards. But, the best experience is bringing a life into the world. When you look at your sleeping baby, you know all the not so fun experiences weeerrrreee sooooooo worth it!

I think the one thing that has really gotten me down during pregnancy is the fact that you can leak urine. It was never really mentioned to me before...and now a t 32 weeks I have to really be careful when I laugh and/or cough. It's all worth it of course I just wish someone would have told me it was normal!

It's not fun to go pee after giving birth, especially if you had an epidural. Also, remember you have to give birth to the placenta, this is often not talked about. Another thing you don't hear much about is the contractins AFTER birth, your uterus shrinking. Good luck, don't let us scare you!!
