im haveing cramps,headache,imblaoted and haveing mood swings. im 14 havent started yet. I have brownish redish discharge idk if htats my peirod or not. will i started soon if so who should i tell what should i do?

Hi sweetie. So many questions, and so wonderful that you are asking. It sounds like you are on your way to coming into your first period. However, you must remember that everyone's body is different, and it may be awhile before you actually get your first period. If you are feeling anxious/scared or whatever, please talk to your mom. If you feel that would be too embarrasing, then you could seek out a counslor at school who could help you locate a doctor or professional to call.

it probably is - tell your mom or sister if you have one. if neither are around go to a school nurse. it may be embarrassing but that's what they are there for. good luck!
