Rock will always be the best music genre in my opinion. It has so much emotion put into it, and sometimes you just feel like screaming out loud to the lyrics.
I also think rock is the best because it has some awesome tunes to it. And you can understand what the singer is saying. You can also be able to tell the story of the song.

Classic rock. Its the only original form of music on the radio nowadays. Everything else is unimaginative crap that steals beats from the "real" musicians in order to make money.
As for all this "new" rock...it all sounds the same.

Heavy Metal/ hard Rock. It is one of the few genres which you can actually feel the raw emotion and meaning behind the lyrics.

I'm gonna say country, although for the record I do enjoy many different types of music. Country music= you get sad & sweet songs, plus upbeat and fun songs, the lyrics are heartfelt, clever, and not degrading. Plus, I just love a man in a cowboy hat~

Big Band, Swing, Jazz. those were the days of fantastic music both instrumental and vocals. there never will be any better music than these in my opinion.

i listen to modern rock because i like the catchy rifts and it's a energetic concert.
