Ya, he is only 32, Bonds is 43. Obviouslly Bonds will break the record unless he like gets shot or something, so anyways A-Rod will probably play 10 more seasons, and averaging 30 homeruns a year, that will be 300 homeruns in the next 10 years added on to his 499...pretty much 500 that equals 800, and this season isn't even done, so I think he willl have over 800 homeruns in his career.

Bonds holds the single season record at 73 and Aaron is the all-time leader, at this time, with 755. Since you are not clear what record you are referring to I will respond to both. I believe A-Rod will eventually be the all-time homerun king with somewhere around 800. However, 73 in a season would be a difficult task for anyone and would I would give A-Rod a far less chance of ever breaking that record.

I also think that A-Rod will break Bond's all time home run record by the end of his career. At the rate that he is at, he will hit a total of about 800 home runs in ten years. Bonds hit less home runs at this moment of his career.

Bonds does not even own the all time home run record yet...you never know...anyone can die or get hurt and not come back at any given time in their career. If Bonds does eventually own it, I do believe that A-Rod will eventually break it.

A-Rod truly has the astonishing possibility of breaking Bonds' living living house run checklist. A-Rods first finished season replaced into in 1996 -- and has 496 living living house runs.. For simplicity, we are going to say he has been interior the league for eleven years and has hit 500 living living house runs (which he will have extra advantageous than 500 HR's on the the suitable option of the 300 and sixty 5 days, yet it truly is for simplicity) -- it truly is forty 5.forty 5 HR's consistent with 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. Now, A-Rod is 32, Bonds is forty 2.. So, enable's say A-Rod performs till he's forty and averages truly 35 HR's over those 8 years -- it truly is 280 HR's.. upload that to 500 --- A-Rod is lookingat 780 HRs and that i made 3 assumptions: one million) He finishes this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days with 500 HR's 2) He truly averages 35 HR's over the subsequent 8 years 3) truly performs 8 extra years.. it truly is extremely concepts-blowing and analysts say he's on %.. to hit over 800 HR's! playstation - Griffey will by no skill ruin this checklist.... who suggested that?

Yes.
A-rod is way ahead of Bonds pace at his age.
Barry Bonds was 37 when he hit his 500th homerun.
A-Rod is 32 and has 499 homeruns.

YES!! A-rod will at least get 800 hr's, and will do it in about the next 10 yrs. He only has to hit 30 hrs a year to be a contender...sounds easy for him

I believe that eventually A-Rod will take over the record that is presently held by Hank Aaron.

without a sweat if hitting 40 home runs over the next 6 years and 30 in his final 2 seasons that would put him in 780
