Julio Franco currently has 2580 hits. To get to 3000 he would need 420 more hits. If he averaged 100 hits per season he would need to complete 4 full seasons to get there and that would put him in his 50s. The last time he had 100 hits in a season was 1997.

No, he is too old now and doesn't get enough ab's. He has had a long career, but it won't be long enough to reach 3000. If he wasn't out of baseball for a few years and played full time during those years, he would have had a chance.
