u knw when u are about to get ur period or the first few days u are on ur period

do u ever feel like.. when you drink something.. COLD especially.. it kinda starts hurting in ur lower abdomen.. like it feels like its not good for u.. so u only feel like drinkin warmer fluids... ? does that happen to anyone?

(my last period was june 27.. i still havent gotten my next period.. im just waiting to see if i get it for a few more days until i test for pregnancy.. but i think it will show up cuz im starting to get that feeling.. like when u drink something cold it hurts.. cuz of a pending period)

does drinking cold drinks make the cramps in ur lower abdomen feel worse? and make it more painful?

this usually happens to me.. and yea i do try to stay away from cold drinks and cold foods during that time.. i try drinkin tea.. or have soup n i feel better..

but this time.. im getting that feeling u get before ur about to start ur period.. n even drinkin cold drinks is makin it hurt.. but im just not getting anything.. ?
it feels like i have an 'invisible' period

Cold has never effected me, but I'm sure it bothers some people. Just avoid it during that time.

I sometimes feel that way. It's normal.
I really want ice cream and a hambuger during my period all to the time. But I always drink tea.

Huh?...oh..um I don't notice a difference with the drinks but when I eat ice cream it really hurts my stomach during my period really bad.

yes cold stuff are not good for you on your period drinking hot tea and or even puting like a warm towel or your somach can help you it always helps me
