There were metal ones, rainbow colored, and there was even a slinky dog. How come the "stinky slinky" never took off? Was the smell R&D to expensive or could they just not come up with the right smell?

I still have a slinky believe me or not! It's a rainbow plastic one sorta sucks...not like the metal kind from back in the day...never knew about the stinky slinky...

I had a smaller version of the Slinky called a dinky slinky, an uncontrollable slinky called a finky slinky. I tried to make one myself out of a chain and called it a linky slinky, one that suddenly changed direction called a jinky slinky and I'll never forget the horny one called a kinky slinky and one that like liked to flirt called a winky slinky. But , I lost out on the stinky slinky.

Yeah, I remember those. Never heard of the stinky slinky though. I just remember they would never go down the stairs right.

I had a slinky dog and a pink slinky. My lil brother had a metal one. They were so much fun.I would buy a stinky slinky , sounds like more fun.

I always wanted a slinky, couldn't get my mom to buy me one. I've never heard of the stinky ones.
