Yes, absolutely! I've seen a photograph taken by one of my best friends of one, that CLEARLY shows it -- and I have implicit faith in this person (plus, it was shown to me LONG before the days of digital imaging and such).

Also, I have spoken with one (yes, I know, but really!) and received information from "him" that I then gave to a relative -- and it was totally true and something I had absolutely NO way of knowing on my own.

So -- there IS something mighty strange out there!

Yes, I believe. We are currently experiencing some strange things happening in our house. About a week ago my son 7, came running into the living room saying that he had seen a full body man standing at our kitchen sink. My husband was at work and we were the only ones in the house. Exactly 12 hours later my husband saw the exact same thing in our bedroom.
We have heard something talking, without any explanation. Things have gone bump in the night and there is no way to explain it.. We have had multiple things that move without any trace evidence.
We have been living here for about two years and it just seems that too many things are happening to chalk it up to coincidence.
We have gotten in contact with a Ghost Hunting Team to do an investigation and a blessing of our house.

Naww, there's only one spirit in the world and that's my uncle Guido who got his brains blown out by the mob back in early 1940 something. In one seance he told me that he's searched high and low, far and wide to the ends of the earth even in search of some brains to replace. But try as he might he says he's not met a one with any brains at all.

He says sometimes he'll bump into things at night cause he can't see where he's going or he'll accidently appear in places where he's fallen asleep and wakes to find himself in somebodys house.
He says the thing he hates most is when people see him and start screaming or they faint dead away. He says he's starting to get a complex.
He told me to tell you all that there are no such things as ghosts, spirits or spooks. Anyone who beleives that nonsense has no brains at all. He says for you all not to worry and if you should wake one night and see a shadow in the room, it's only him. Just point to the front door and he'll leave.

Yeah, uncle Guido was a kidder. Too bad he kidded one too many palookas. :-)

First of all:

Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it.
Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held.
Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books.
Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin.
Believe nothing just because someone else believes it.
Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true

And second:

A Ghost is a Spirit which is a Soul the Etheric body that we use to Astral Travel so when we pass over that is what leaves the body.
It is understood as a sort of life force body or aura that constitutes the "blueprint" of the physical body, and which sustains the physical body.
You could be seen as a ghost when you Astral Travel when your Etheric body is out and about on an experience
Unless you know it is someone that has past over you would have to question what you see, and it could be a person still living.

And third:

Yes, I do believe I have seen and I feel the presence when spirits are around me

And forth:
Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.

Love & Blessings
Milly

In general, no, because ghosts, by definition, are supernatural in nature. However, I would like to believe in ghosts, and certainly have had what I find to be inexplicable "encounters" with what many people would term "ghosts."

To look at that answer more closely... first, to define the difference between "natural" and "supernatural," it's useful to realize that anything we observe with our senses is indeed natural in nature, and through observation, we can make and test hypotheses about such phenomenae (i.e. the scientific method).

Things that are supernatural exist outside of the natural world and its laws: things like ghosts, deities, magic, etc. The problem is that to interact with the natural world around us in any way we can detect, purported supernatural phenomenae must do so through observable, naturalistic methods, which are then testable by science, comply with the laws of nature, etc., which tends to rule out most (if not all) of what we'd commonly call the supernatural.

However, there is indeed that part of me that wants to believe: the same part that enjoys sitting around a campfire and listening to ghost stories, or enjoys reading a good novel, and even the part of me that wants to see some comfort in the inexplicable, life beyond death, and so forth. Ghosts are, frankly, a "fun" notion, and thus even for one who looks at them rationally like myself, are something I hate to simply disbelieve in.

I believe in spirits because we are eternal beings and it is when our spirit leaves our body that we "die". To leave our earthly body is to be present with the Lord. I have had many experiences with spirits that cannot be discounted or reasoned away. How can you not believe? There's the Holy Spirit. There are the spirits that roam the earth with Satan seeing whom they may devour. Spirits are real!

I do believe our souls are energy. That energy has to go somewhere. I have had experiences throughout my life with paranormal. Premonitions, poltergeists, and I've seen spirits. I know what I saw, I know what I heard, I'm 55 and intelligent and far from the hysterical type, but I know with all my being, there are things in and around us that maybe science can't put a claim to, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I'm here to tell you it DOES!!!No one is going to tell me differently, period. Believe what you want and I'll believe what I know!

No, I don't believe in ghosts but I do believe in good and evil spirits. There are numerous accounts of the sighting of angels and equally the amount of exorcisms and possessions of people by demons...for everything there must e an opposite to balance it...so yea...angels and demons
