Craig,

That's because many people like you don't understand what IS supposed to be taxed and what is not. We would NOT have such a trade deficit nor would we have lost most of our manufacturing jobs if imports were taxed the way they should be. Instead we choose to Illegally tax our citizens all the while refusing to tax the imports.

How is it possible that ANYTHING could be manufactured in China, Shipped from China and sold here for 99 Cents if there were ANY sort of taxation levied upon that item????

More people are learning the truth and hopefully the IRS' days are numbered.

Open4One,

You need to read the laws about them, the ONLY people allowed to bear arms are the ATF agents, the IRS agents conveniently decided to use the governing regulations of the ATF

Please people, GET EDUCATED and KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!

You can beat these people the same way this Lawyer did, with their OWN RULE. No where in the IRS code does it mention WHAT you are LIABLE FOR regarding "Income TAX".

Why do you think the tax code has to be 85,000 pages? Because they need to confuse you with something because the facts are not included!

The very length of the tax code and the ambiguity makes the code illegal. You cannot invent laws that are too confusing for people to understand, it's not enforceable.

added: i noticed they didn't mention that in 1913(?) the supreme court ruled that money earned from your personal labor is NOT TAXABLE

I agree that there is no basis in the Constitution for the IRS to collect taxes. That being said, this country has to continue to be able to operate and taxation is the only viable method for the government to collect the money that it needs.

The tax codes definitely need to be revamped and more people need to pay their fair share but if you are arguing that we should completely do away with income taxes, it will not work. Besides, if we did away with income taxes the feds would increase and create other taxes, i.e. the gasoline tax, tobacco tax, etc...

That looks a heck of a lot better than the ones that declare that the Amendment is invalid. I'm going to keep an eye on this one, but bear in mind that they do still have guns and are perfectly willing to use them.
