What are this person's interests? Is she a writer, a poet, a business woman? Find out what interests her. What her hobbies are. Read all you can about those things. Become a kind of "expert" in those things. Then you will be able to have a coversation with her and she will respect what you know.

u shd often talk 2 her...so that she feels she has a friend younger than her
and u can do something like...
...remember her b'day and bring her something or atleast wish her before any1 else does.
