Tylenol is fine. Use the smallest effective dose, or nothing above the reccomended dose. Tylenol Cold is what my OB/GYN told me to take when I got a cold when I was pregnant.
Just don't take more than the reccomended dose, or less if you can get away with it. It's not harmful to the baby, but why push it?

Yeah, it's okay to take Tylenol, but only take the general Tylenol - no Tylenol Sinus, Tylenol PM, etc.... These have other medications in them that can adversely affect your baby.

Actually that is a great question. I am 9 months pregnant, and my OB tells me that Tylenol is the ONLY safe headache/pain reliver to take. I usually take 2 extra strength, and that helps calm my headaches.

Although meds are safe to take while pregnant, I would limit the amount you take in the first trimester as that is when the fetus is most vulnerable, if you go to pretty much any pregnancy website, they will give you a full list of all the meds you can and cant take.

Yes tylenol is safe to take. It's one of the safest medications you can take during pregnancy just don't take more than the recommended dose.

yes. tylenol is safe to take throughout the pregnancy, just watch the dosage. Your OB should be able to tell you what amount is safe.

Yes...that is the only fever reducer pain reliever that my OB said that I could take...you cannot take Ibuprofin (or motrin) just tylenol

Yes, tylenol is the safest thing to take. Never take aspirin while you are pregnant tho.
