Yeah, actually I do have this problem....most people I meet seem to think I'm smart (I'm reserving judgement here)
But yes, my closest friends do call me an idiot alarmingly often...but I doubt they mean it half the time..
I'm sure you're a smart person....but if you can't act like an idiot among friends...well you have a problem there - don't take it seriously...I'm sure they think your smart but they're probably trying to make sure you don't get too much of an ego...!

There are idiots and there are smart human beings. What they are does not remember as much as what they are able to do. in the event that they are doing something in basic terms then would I particularly be able to decide what they have been doing as greater desirable then the different person. that's greater desirable to be smart, although that's alright to be complete fool. Why is it alright to be an entire fool? because of the fact its a threat.

It could be that you are smart and those that are the closest to you are jealous. Just a thought.

maybe its because you act a differnet way around your frineds than you so other people. you probly act like an idiot around your friends.

its just friends,i guess...
i dunno u
but it might be that u feel comfortable with your friends and like to act weird and well...like an idiot.
but around people that dont know you,you want to impress them and well...when they become your friends you act like an idiot again...
