I hate the sound of a lawnmower...one just broke the quiet of the morning. But at least it's temporary noise.

My moron neighbor who is afflicted with a horrible case of "small man's syndrome" and has to try and be as obnoxious and confrontational as possible at all times to compensate for his lack of stature.
He revs his crotch rocket with the illegally loud exhaust up at 5:00 in the morning every day when he starts it up then does a burnout in the street and rides a wheelie down the road.
I almost pulled out in front of him "accidentally" last night as he screamed down the road. It was amazing how quick he could slow down to the speed limit!

a pediatric doc who works here,
she has a loud contagious almost hackling laugh
almost like a wictch laugh and it's so funny it always makes me laugh hearning it,
it's better when i'm on the other side of the office and u can hear her still

Stupid teenagers raoring up and down the street with their radios up so loud I can tell what song they are playing fromthe back of my house! That and my dogs barking at them. Driving me nuts!

Mexicans mowing in front of the apartment. I am dead serious about this, when your sleeping it comes in the middle of nowhere and annoys you.
