Ouch. Using dettol was an unfortunate choice. It is a phenol based disinfectant (like Lysol) and phenols are particularly toxic to reptiles. Give it a good soapy scrub especially around the siliconed seams. You could try putting some baking soda in the water which might reduce the smell of the Dettol. I would let it dry, outside if possible, for at least a couple days if you can. Stick to bleach or chlorhexidene when you need to disinfect again.

Flush the tank with a lot of water. Also don't ever use a chemical like that to clean your tank. Use a small amount of bleach and rinse until the smell is gone. Cyprus mulch has a natural antibiotic for keeping the tank disease free. I own several snakes and lizards.
