Because everyone shops from Jane Norman like sheep and therefore they use the bag because theyre bright and stand out. I personally dont understand why anyone would want to be seen holding a Jane Norman bag!

Dont know bout Surrey but you cant in sutton coldfield. You can however in birmingham town centre, got there own jane norman shop!!!
U could get one of ebay!!
