For a new career, I will choose teaching. I would like to be a good teacher, wherein I can teach my pupils all the good things in the world. I will teach them to be non-violent in their nature. They should always be truthful. I will try to show them the ways so that they become good individuals.
Only a real good individual can think universally. A group of individuals make family. Group of families make a society. Such Societies make communities. Communities group together to constitute a State or Nation and so forth.
Attributes that a good individual should have :
Good education - for only a properly educated person will have proper understanding of how things evolve.
Non Violence : Violence in any form must be avoided. Be it in your actions or words.
Practice of Truth: Only if you are truthful, then you will have tolerence for others and believe in co-existance with others.
Being truthful will give you realisation that no religion on this earth preach violence in any form.
Society will decide your status not you. You just be good and you will be respected and walk tall.
A whole book can be written on this subject.

DV would study navigation more closely this time around. You would not believe how many solar systems I have hyperspaced through without asking for directions. And what is with that pesky Major PMS asking me every 5 minutes if I knew where I was going. Why brings forth your question, lost one.

Bioinformatics - its a job with a future that will last, it involves knowing biology (which I like) and involves the use of computers in a very big way, which I also like. And you can make an awful lot of money at it right now because so few people do it.

I've been trying to figure that out. I want to go back but I have no idea what I want to do. I've been in a dead end job for 7 years and really need a change.

It's a toss up between ecology and medicine. There is great need for both.

Computer Science. I wish I had done it years ago. Although never too late, I think my time is ticking away.
