Sure, all the retired people can run the world
while the working people take off for three
months. Even the politicians, rulers, emirs, and
Queens. But this could only happen once every
twenty years because it would take that long
to put the world back togeather again.

Adults have bills, responsibilities, and paid leave in most cases. We get time off when we need it (more or less depending on where you work and how long you've worked there). If we want to take a vacation for a couple weeks we can.

Wouldn't it be nice!... Wouldn't it be nice if the world were made of Cadbury's!....
I always wondered more long term though, sort of, and why can't we have two shorter retirements? One at mid age and the other when we get older!

save your money up all year and get "sick" around June thru say maybe mid Aug (when it gets too hot) and go back "`100% better"!!!! Or save all your money, quit your job, and wait a few months before you get a new one. I did that this year :) good thing I have an understanding husband.

Exactly. If kids have it off from school, why can't we have it off from work? I also think that we should be able to have siestas in the afternoon.
