OK - I'm gonna take it that you mean things that are usually found elsewhere.

Correction to another answer ... it's quite feasible that it could snow at Uluru ... it gets well below freezing there regularly ... and it would just take a bit of an oddity with rain moving in! ... OK I'm being picky!!

So to answer ...

High mountains ... highest 2228m (7000 ft) Kosciousko
Ancient architecture (of substance) ... europeans only settled here 220 years ago
Wild cats ... we don't have any native 'big cats'
Diseases like Rabies ... we have a natural quarantine from being an island
Damage from invasion ... no country has ever invaded Australia (although indigenous people will argue european settlement was an 'invasion')
WalMart ... don't ask me why but any visiting American seems to ask where the nearest WalMart is!
American Football or Baseball (well OK - some play - but these are not mainstream sports)

Polar bears.

Oh, things? Like things things?!?

How about the space shuttle?

Or the White House?

Would the Great Wall of China qualify as an answer? If so, then why not the pyramids and the sphinx?

How about my house?

Or the Smithsonian Institute? Or the Tower of London?

Crickey! There are tons of things that are not found in Australia. And there are also a ton of things not found in China. Or Malaysia. So what gives?!!?
